سخنرانی شاهزاده رضا پهلوی در دومین رویداد سازمان کوروش بزرگ در تورنتو، با قدردانی از برگزارکنندگان و خوشامد به خانوادههای جاویدنامان انقلاب شیر و خورشید ایران و خانوادههای دادخواه پرواز PS 752. او روی سخن خود را متوجه مردم داخل ایران میکند و میگوید حماسه دی ۱۴۰۴ نتیجه راهی است که از گردهمایی روز کوروش در آبان ۱۳۹۵ آغاز شد و در دی ۹۶، آبان ۹۸ و خیزش ۱۴۰۱ پختهتر شد.
او به دو دروغ رژیم پاسخ میدهد: نبود اتحاد و نبود سازماندهی. چهار اصل مشترک را برمیشمارد: تمامیت ارضی، جدایی دین از حکومت، آزادیهای فردی و برابری شهروندان در برابر قانون، و حق ملت در انتخاب شکل حکومت از راه صندوق رای آزاد، و از برنامهای برای فشار حداکثری، حمایت حداکثری از مردم، سازماندهی نیروهای مبارز، ریزش حداکثری از رژیم و دوره گذار سخن میگوید. او مرحله کنونی را «ریزش غیرفعال» میخواند؛ نیروهایی که در ظاهر در ساختار ماندهاند اما دیگر کارکرد پیشین را ندارند، تا مرحله ریزش فعال فرا رسد.
در بخش پایانی از تظاهرات تورنتو در طوفان و سرمای کانادا و حضور یک و نیم میلیون ایرانی در چهاردهم فوریه در مونیخ، تورنتو، لسآنجلس و استکهلم یاد میکند، به هلاکت خامنهای و مفقود بودن مجتبی اشاره میکند، و ایستادگی هممیهنان آبدانان در برابر خریدن اراده مردم با توزیع برنج و روغن را نمونه عزت نفس ملت میخواند.
Prince Reza Pahlavi’s address to the second Cyrus the Great conference in Toronto, opening with thanks to the organizers and a welcome to the families of the Javidnaman of the Lion and Sun revolution and to the families seeking justice for Flight PS 752. He addresses Iranians inside the country directly, arguing that the Dey 1404 uprising was not a passing surge but the product of a long road that began with the Cyrus Day gatherings of Aban 1395 and matured through Dey 1396, Aban 1398 and the 1401 uprising.
He answers what he calls the regime’s two lies — that the opposition is neither united nor organized. He restates four shared principles: Iran’s territorial integrity, separation of religion from government, individual freedoms and equality of all citizens before the law, and the nation’s right to choose its form of government through a free and fair ballot. He describes a plan for maximum pressure, maximum support for the people, organizing activists, maximum defection from the regime, and a transition period, and defines the current stage as passive defection — forces still nominally inside the structure but no longer serving it — ahead of active defection.
He closes by recalling the Toronto demonstration held in storm and cold, the 1.5 million Iranians who turned out on 14 February in Munich, Toronto, Los Angeles and Stockholm, the death of Khamenei and the disappearance of Mojtaba, and the people of Abdanan who refused to sell their will for distributed rice and cooking oil.
